I love when I can use my fandoms as relevant material for school projects. So for an Organizational Communications project, we had to do a portfolio comparing the different perspectives used.And I had the brilliant idea of using Mitsunari and Ieyasu as examples of how two of those perspectives are brought into play: Mitsun representing Classical Perspective, and Bonds-kun representing Human Resources.

Having Mitsunari as a boss would definitely raise production. However, it'd also make morale shoot straight through the floor.
