It looks like Ren Hoek is transforming into a giant savage monster and he's now called an Ogre-Chihuahua and he's also 100% Ogre.This kind of happens when he gets really angry (similar to Bruce Banner when he turns into The Incredible Hulk) and he is mindless beast, too.
Ren's Beast form is cross between of Monstrous Peter Puppy and Beast Snarf, whenever they transformed into monster dogs.
Ren is part ogre in just like Snarf. I hope Stimpy will find a cure to turn Ren back to normal again?
