I did the analysis and it is more balanced
Botsu
-Planet level attack potency
-Massively hypersonic+ to sub-relativistic
-Can negate transformations and power ups with the Sword of Ramias
-He is immune to status disabilities with the Helmet of Sebath
-He can reflect magic with his Shield of Valora
-Fire resistance with the Hela's armor and ice resitance with the shield of Valora
-Can lower an opponents durability with the spells Sap and Defense
-Can teleport across continents

Sounds like a good match up, Botsu may actually give Link a run for his money, still, i think you will need to give him some handcaps, do you plan on giving Link every weapon,armor and masks? Because he has some broken equips you know.

What stuff does he have?

He has a nice selection of Shields which can deflect attacks from even Ganon monster form , deflect fire, ice, thunder,magic and light, many swords, master sword which can erase evil, power bracelet which boosts his strength by many times, without it he is already inhumanly strong because he wields giant hammers and swords without it, with it he can lift pillars like 100x his weight, his masks can transform him in beings who can breath underwater, swin fast, he has tunics to make him 100% immune to fire, water, hoover boots , which can hover in the sky for some seconds, bottles with fairies which recover his strength and magic back to full [he can stack many] , deku nuts stun his enemies, he can go back in time with his ocarina, he can change day/night cycle, make it rain, swap the seasons, see hidden stuff.

Some handcap suggestion i give to you:
- Dont allow him his Ocarina
- Dont allow healing items
- Dont allow masks
- No triforce for link

Okay I was doing my research
When I said his Disruptive Wave from the sword of Ramias cannot negate item effects, I mean as in an item effect that happens all of the time.
So theoretically he probably can negate Link's masks with his sword
Deku nuts will not work due to his Helmet of Sebath
The only thing I am worried about his is Ocarina of Time

Yes, you should not allow him that, going back in time is broken.
PS: he doesnt need the ocarina of time, he can use any ocarina/flute to activate the magic
