Ooh, I'm hoping to get photoshop soon, but I'm especially confused by layers. I've heard there are some pretty good tutorials in DA, but I haven't looked them up yet.

vector = screenshot re-done with PS (or other graphical program). yeah, bad explantion, but =tsukishoujo has a tutorial and a GOOD explanation! Somewhere... I'll try to search it for you ^^
If my exams in april are good, then I'll get a tablet! I hope tablets are not too difficult for me xD
