Been awhile since I've drawn him.Created by the late Dr. Zima, Bio Man was created to assist in cleaning up hazardous materials, being capable of going into areas too toxic for even humans in grade A hazmat suits. Well... Until Dr. Wily captured him.
Bio is a clean freak and gets fidgety if he isn't allowed to clean for extended periods of time. This also extends to cleaning himself or others.
Granted this is a part of his programming. Decontaminating oneself after removing waste is extremely important in his line of work.

He might also be a bit obsessed with having a doc to call his father figure, because he's sore about his creator's sad untimely demise. Or maybe it was timely and they were just super-old.

He's not. Dr. Zima passed due to illness. His wife Dr. Samson took up taking care of Bio after that.
