TG stands for Transgender. So it means to switch the sex more or less in this kind of art.
So Female to Male. or Male to Female, like this case.
Normally it stands of course for people..ehm, well, I can't explain it well.
Google Transgender, then you surely find much stuff. More or less: Feeling wrong in the body you life in. I think?
