Description I posted this as Astrophotography, because really it is a picture of the moon - the tree just got in the way...
I know the motive is as classic as can be.

Maybe, but a great picture anyway My camera refuses to take night pictures of any sort, so this is great.

What kind of camera do you have? And btw, for these night-shots long exposures are required, which means that a tripod is a must!

Wow, I love this - pictures of the moon are really cool but you've got this one to do more. I love the way it shines in the centre and the warm fire glow off the tree. Very cool.
