Yeah poor Heini
I have a little story, I accidentally left my drawing of Heinrich on the coffee table. My father takes it, looks it and said "who's had fun drawing Adolf ?"
I was shocked at this moment.

This is the thing that has me most angry. Hitler and Himmler were not the same person !
Everyone knows Hitler and few people knows Himmler.
I noticed last Friday in history that I was the only one to know Goebbels.
I commented to my teacher that she had made a spelling mistake in the name of Goebbels.

LOL.. I know! Same happens around me... people just doesn't know who was Himmler. But i can't blame them, because in my country (and I'm sure in many other countrys) the class about the WW2 History just mention about what the nazis and Hitler did, even the SS or the Gestapo it's mentioned in a general point of view, but the surname of Goebbels, Himmler, Ribentropp, Hess, Heydrich, an all that stuff it's very rarely.. the school only shows the top of the iceberg about this part of the history... I remember very well that when I learnt about The Nazi Germany years ago I just got interested in the character of Hitler, but since a few months ago I discover many interesting characters that surrounded the Fuhrer. Himmler must not be mistaken for Hitler, they're different in many ways, too bad that people do not know about that

(At least, now my parents and sisters know that Himmler did exist) XD

You are absolutely right, even in my country we only see the principal. Looking my lesson it seems that Hitler would have done all these things himself. Fortunately we will do an educational trip from April 23 to 27. We will visit the concentration camp of Struthof, then we go to Nuremberg to visit the center on the history of Nazism. Then we go to Berlin to visit the Holocaust museum I think. And as we are free after that visit, I think going to visit the old cells of the Gestapo.
I already did this trip last year but I can't wait to return.

(with my parents, my father sometimes makes fun of me or they don't care)

Oh, that's great Sounds like a nice trip. I would like to go someday to that historic museums and all that stuff, but it's very far away from my place. A trip to Europe it's very expensive, lol. XD

Lucky you, that you live there and you have the chance hehe
You must take good photos!

Yes it's true that Germany isn't next door in your case. I live in the Vosges, so the border isn't far.
Don't worry, I'll take as many photos as I can.
I'll soon eat pretzels and apfelstrudel.

I watched the scene from Monty Python where they disguise themselves as Nazis. I guess you've seen before. I'm doubled up with laughter.

I've seen it! and I love it xD
I used to have my webcam picture as Mr. Himmler before, not sure if you saw it :3 ... it's very funny that episode (since I can't say the same of the show, because I've not watched the whole tv series) XD

I love the blunders they make. They try to keep their identities secret, but it doesn't work.
Mr Himmler who gets a slap and the joke on Stalingrad.
"Was head of Gestapo for ten years. Nein! Was head of Gestapo for five years. Nein, nein! Was not head of Gestapoο»Ώ at all, I make joke." He betrayed himself. ^^
I laughed until one cries when he said it was "soon baby".

I will say the same thing with Himmler, it is difficult to draw Goebbels.
Hold I found a virtual tour of the concentration camp of Struthof, if you're interested.
