That's crazy! I'd really like to try making some of these dolls, but I'm sure its harder than it looks, especially that small!

I do use polymer clay, indeed! The head, hands and feet are sculpted with polymer clay.

I use faux fur for the hair it's a little difficult to get it on such a small head, but it's worth it!
