Out of all the humanoid designs of GLaDOS I've seen, this is my favorite. I love how you blended the "machine" GLaDOS with a human figure and face - it plunges her straight into the depths of the uncanny valley, and it's beautiful.

I'm shocked that there are zero comments on this
First of all, I love the coloring/shading. Even with the muted colors, it all stand out.
And GLaDOS herself- the way you mixed her original machine form and an android puts in the depths of the uncanny valley. She looks so creepy, something no one wants to run into in a gigantic, seemingly deserted laboratory.
There was some buzz when the first game that GLaDOS' chassis looked like an upside-down woman in bondage, and then we got her origin story in the sequel.

I realy tried to drow her...that way. And IΒ suffered with coloring... It taked me too much time, but I know that I could faster and more accurate do that.
So yeach... I tried... ^^

Even though you claimed that coloring this was difficult, it still turned out well (to me).
You could improve upon that technique in future pictures.
