Just a "what if" concept I have been musing with lately... if Sofia and Ezio had met earlier in life... and if there wasn't such a gap between their ages I didn't want to draw Sofia as a toddler
None of Ezio's love interests interested me before. They ranged from "meh, I don't really care for her that much" (Christina... and all of Ezio's other lady friends) to "Euugh, I don't like her" (Caterina Sforza).... No, I don't count Rosa as a love interest (I love her
), and I'm sort of glad her and Ezio's relationship didn't go too far because it might've messed it up for me... I like Rosa too much 
... I just didn't like Young!Ezio's choice in women...... As for Sofia, I'm glad Ezio ended up with her. I felt that he finally found out how to treat a lady like a lady, and he found a lovely mate

I'm Okay with you. Sofia is a wonderful woman for Ezio. I loved scene between Ezio and Sofia in ACR. It is one of my favorite character female (With Claudia Auditore !).
But I don't love Rosa. Not really. But Caterina is enough strange. She's cool. Of course, I loooove Cristina. But Sofia is the better

Ezio made the right choice, though I also like him with Rosa. But he and Sofia had such a great chemistry in Revelations, it just fits.

I truly agree with You in theme of Ezio's ladies (but I love Caterina so much ^^). Sofia was the best woman for him. Love the way how they were togheter, that was so sweet ^^

Haha, funny I've wondered about this too. I'm sure they would both be very cute together as teenagers; although I can imagine Sofia would be too caught up in her books to pay much attention to Ezio, lol
I actually found Ezio's earlier love interests (particularly Cristina) to be more interesting than Sofia, but maybe because Old!Ezio was too serious for me. That, and Sofia felt like a last minute love interest they threw in just so Ezio could have a descendant. Each to his own I guess
