At first, this started off as something to represent Blinkie's beauty (and it still is) because I read a side story to Muffins by about Inkie and Blinkie doing the harvest themselves. Blinkie thinks the pony they kill is prettier until her skin is torn off, and says she's prettier now. But I think she's always been that way, personally, but that's only my opinion.
