Hello! First of all, I'd like to say great job on this overall, it's very cute and the color palette is so pastel like, just the way I like! <3

Vision: I think this was very good although I thought the pose seemed somewhat off, but that's my opinion

Originality: It's not your character, so it can't be helped, but the pose seemed too plain. Maybe try to make them doing something, etc.

Technique: The color palette is wonderful, and the lineart seems fine. Try having a better light source though, since most of this seems like pillow shading in my opinion. Also, the feet seems a little too uneven without shading in the legs to show one leg is behind the other. The lips I see seems a little too "fat" in my opinion. I think you should try to make them longer and skinny if you understand what I mean. The blush should be under the lineart in my opinion also, since it seems to start to cover it up. (My opinion so) But I did like the hair coloring, it's very nice!

Impact: I was impacted by this, but I did feel more was needed. Shadow, background, or something else. It seems somewhat plain in my opinion but the piece overall did catch my eye

Overall, I think it's wonderful! Just keep drawing and drawing to improve
