PAST
Chell was eight when a fire broke out in the apartment building she and her parents were living in. It blocked off the exits and compromised the structure’s integrity, and soon the tenants of the small building found themselves trapped on the third floor. A response team arrived on the scene, and they set up a way to get the people down from the window, but the team only managed to get three of the twenty tenants out before the building collapsed. Chell was one of the three survivors, and her parents were not.
  She was transferred to an orphanage not long after that. The orphanage was a very friendly and encouraging environment, and Chell managed to pick herself back up from her experience. A powerful desire to prevent that situation from happening to others grew within her, and at the age of 18, Chell put herself on the path to become a firefighter. Through hard work and determination, she managed to make it into the career she wished for, and has been doing her job ever since.

PERSONALITY
Chell has a very upbeat personality. She’s very optimistic, and likes to laugh and smile; as a matter of fact, there’s hardly a time when she’s not smiling. She’s loud and talks a lot, but her attitude is mild-- it takes a lot to get her worked up about something. She knows when to be serious and she’s good at taking charge of situations.
