Description Close Quarters Combat Practice

Razor by ~rfalk
Converted to .obj by =karanua

All textures made in Gimp with stock brushes...
Rendered in Blender (standard Renderer - as YafRay is not fixed yet)

I wanted to create a more 'techy' look on this one.

Ok, this has a very unique look to it

You in need of tech skins? Not bashing your work here. Actually kind of interesting in an avant-garde way. But just curious. I can pelt you out some ship types skins in your choice of color (within reason, I do not do pink.... much) Amigo

I actually UV Painted that so I could have made it any of 60+million colors

colors are nice. but textures are better for mecha and such.

Ahem. Multi-gridded pattern. That honestly does look rather textile. It could look really good in your office work. Too busy for a ship, I think. At this resolution, anyway. Perhaps if it were tighter, like the cowling.

hmm that could be done -- the texture for the painting can be scaled when tiling it -- so I could reduce the size by 75% ... that would probably look better then.... I'm doing a project now, but when I am done I'll redo the texture map on that one and see how it looks.

you need to work on the texture .
create uv for the ship and create map in 2d paint software (photoshop or gimp) .
but is only suggestion but keep work men i no you good

That is a UV Mapped texture - other wise it would be some solid color...
