Lookin' good!
Other than Blender crashing on you when you update it, how are you liking OpenArtist?

Probably going to go with Suse soon...
I mean it's nice to have some of the older versions of Blender, and a ton of things to work with, but many of the programs I don't have time to learn right now, so, I've made a list of the ones I'm most interested in, and copied some of the repository locations. (I'll be able to apt-get install those interesting ones after setting up repositories) and I'll have a cleaner install for it.
Maybe OpenArtist is 'too much' - so maybe a LittleLessOpenArtist is needed.... lol

Welcome to SuSE! (when you install it).
Definitely nice to have older versions of Blender to tutor purrsons like me who run the older versions.

I can, but strangely enough it's not stable, as it updates too often.

yeah, but as soon as you install and it updates it becomes unstable...

All I know is the the latest version on OpenArtist crashes everytime I try to use it... I can use the 3 other versions with no issues since they don't update, I'm assuming that what ever update took place just after the initial install is the issue.

ah okay. That's very strange
there's a forum for openartist, you can try that (it should be in your bookmarks and/or favorites in firefox)
