Bluejays are awesome indeed. Brash and sassy, and good-looking too. Easy to believe that they're related to ravens. One of them dive-bombed my cat once. The cat pretended not to notice. She knew she'd never catch him. Great picture!

i have so many blue jays in my back yard. there are what i suspect three brothers who chase each other around the common area behind our units XD

Oh I miss blue jays too. They loved to hang around my hometown. All I see are sparrows, starlings, pigeons, geese, sea gulls and ducks. I'm lucky to see other types of birds in the parks and up north more in Chicago but not as much as in the middle of the woods where I'm from.
Beautiful character designs. They look fatter than normal, do they hang around parks and take scraps from people?

We used to see lots of blue jays around my neighbourhood, but not so much anymore. But this definitely captures their appeal. Nice gestures and expressions, wit really strong silhouettes.
