The face is from a model template in the cinema4d library.
The light is a HDR panora background image.
It was rendered with maxwell render.
The face is a simple clay render. The eyes are a metal material preset.
The different versions of this image are the result of checking out different background images for lighting and a lot of playing around in photoshop.
Sorry that I canΒ΄t give you more details, but way I achieve things is hard to document step by step.
