Pretty much. I just hope Chloe gets to tag along more often as this series goes on. I get that she's more distant, uncertain and has a more realistic approach to things. But she's kinda boring and pointless to have if she's not doing anything outside of school and such which doesn't really get attention in this show.

Can't say I'm a fan of the current anime: Ash doesn't do much, Go is incredibly bland and his goal got annoying fast, koharu barely does anything, and so far absolutely nobody from the previous series has shown up at all, and the whole anime jumps around like it's on ADHD...
It woulda been so much better if they just stayed in Galar and had Ash travel with Hop and Gloria or something. Cause honestly Twilight wings does more for pokemon's anime than the main series has been for a long time: good writing, good animation and great character representation
