This piece is for my 50,000 pageview contest.was the winner of this contest and got to pick what movie fanart I would draw next. He picked the film "Braveheart".
I honestly wasn't really into this idea at first. I'm more into horror and zombies but I found this one kind of a challenge and that is what the contest is for, to draw things I wouldn't normally draw.
Long story short, I kind of like how it came out in the end. Maybe it is all the blood or the liberties in how the princess was drawn. Not sure.

Wow, awesome job. Reminds me of the work of Nick Bradshaw, one of my all-time favorite "Army of Darkness" comic illustrators
I'm also very happy about this picture because I have something to brag about that's related...I'm a direct descendant of the William Wallace (Braveheart) clan...I love being a Scottie. :3 Awesome work, especially the bloodied bodies; those were a nice touch ;D

Awesome drawing and all, and I dig your whole gallery too, just a nitpick: isn't Wallace's sword a bit... uh, uber-short? It's supposed to be almost as big as he.
No complaints about the scantily clad princess though, that's pretty spot-on I think.

I figured he is standing on a pile of dead men and doesn't have anything to prove by showing his sword is bigger than the other guys'.
