I wasn't really feeling all that good the last few days so I ended up drawing this. I guess this is how I felt, although I'm not really sure why there is a naked woman in the puke. Maybe a psych major can explain it to me.EDIT: I guess I am now realising this is kind of gross. Just so you know, I hate puking and as I get older it becomes a more horrible experience. So when I feel sick I got to draw it, and throw in a girl because, well...thats what I do. Just remember there are butterflies in the background.
And if it makes you feel better, that's probably some really good puke made out of peanut butter and ice cream.

You just have to laugh at the random grossness! It's really funny. Puking does totally suck though..... especially when you get to the "no more sick, but dammit I'm still puking!" phase. The expression on the girl's face is so spot on as well, kinda like she's saying "oh, not again!"

I saw a puke-porno in a arty pub basement in London last year. No monsters in that tough, just oriental women... Kinda hard to drink while your watching that kind of action, but one gets used to almost anything.

I agree that the butterflies are the real horror...LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THEM! They're as big as you head! I mean te monster is probably just suffering from a nasty stomach bug, and he doesn't look like the most mobile sort...and as to the girl...well she was just skipping along when she fell into the hole and then the monster started puking and she thought "its a cold day, this puke is warm, whats the point in moving!"...
So in conclusion...be wary of butterflies the size of your head!

The woman is obviously looking for a magic jem that the beast had swallowed. It would lift the curse that prevents her from wearing any clothing.
I am more concerned about the role of butterflies in this whole scene.

I particularly enjoy IntelKnight's intrpretation. However, I'll also offer my alternative theory: Notice they are both wearing manacles on their wrists. This monster and this naked girl were the prisoners of some evil sorcerer. The puke monster and the naked girl didn't know each other previously, but through dumb luck ended up chained together at the wrists. Then somehow, (perhaps while being transported to another prison) they managed to escape their captor. Ever since then, this unlikely duo has been wandering the countryside, connected at the wrist, just like in one of those old prison movies. There were a lot of arguments and squabbles along the way, but gradually, they learned to trust, and then to depend upon one another. They finally found a way to break their chains, but they still wear the manacles on their wrists - grim reminders of their past experience - and they still wander together. These are the Adventures of Puke Monster and Naked Girl.

Here's a way to "marry" our theories. See how the chain disappears behing the stream of puke?
They're still chained together. It was an evil priest who captured them both, and stripped the girl, and chained her to the monster and hang the key on his neck.
But the monster fell for the girl, and ate the priest instead. So now they only need to recover the key
And I agree with Godles-Savage-Garden below (being a Dimmu Borgir fan myself) - butterflies are evil. They are possesed by the bodyless spirit of the said priest.

Yes, yes, that sounds solid. I think we can work with this. So... is the puke pouring out of the monster's mouth actually the digested form of the evil priest? If so, then that's a vey interesting way for the girl to indulge in her revenge, by bathing in her enemie's liquified remains.

Yea, sounds nasty. However, drawing puke is whole lot of fun. You don't have to worry about stucture in the shape and you can make it any color you want. Fun.
