I know there are far better resources out there for this, but my friend / (I'm not sure which you are using!) requested that I make one

I use a Saphire Wacom tablet and Photoshop CS, but I'm sure any program with layers will work fine

&& Yes, this is very time consuming, I spend at the least 5 hours on a character, but like I said, you do get faster at it!

PS. If you are new at this, when choosing a reference image, find one that is large, clearly shows fur/muscles/bones, and doesnt have anything obscuring it!
