This drawing reminds me creatures from oriental ornament used for example in ancient Greece through some time.
The theme was inspired by the eastern way of decorating things. Have you been inspired by such creatures?

I get inspired by real life animals. I sometimes combine them in to one to make some sort of fantasy creature
