Just thought I'd make a normal Flygon since I'm gonna make up some pretty interesting ones...
I'm probably going to be reusing that lineart, though... 
Done completely in Photoshop.
EDIT: I realized that the back of Flygon's wing isn't purely red, so I decided to fix it...
