Tambi falls to the groud as the confusion begins.The police officers run to see John.
Police officers: Are you Ok?!
John: Wtf!!! Why on earth did you do that! Get help!
(John struggles his way out of the polcie officers grip and stars putting presure on Tambis wound)
Police officer: But she was attacking you!
John: Why would you even think that! ( really mad now)
(The police officers call to report what had happed... sorta)
John: don´t Worry... help is on its way.
Tambi: Great this is what I get for trying to be a good citizen.
John: stay still...
(Tambi grabs John´s shirt and pulls him closer as the ambulance gets nearer)
Tambi: Don´t let anyone touch my bike!

I love the contrasting elements in this piece. The red and blue lights in the background seem to match the shock and frustration in the foreground with John and Tambi.

Wow... Some bad luck. She doesn't deserves being shot at. Yet the police are dumb to notice he is okay and now she blames him. Nice story btw. And the art is amazing!

Yeah, that police officer's definitely gonna get skinned alive (metaphorically) by either his superiors or by the media -- scratch that, the media is gonna tear him apart no matter what his superiors do. If you're a cop and you see someone else being attacked it'd be absolutely reprehensible to shoot the attacker. In fact, unless the officer, or civis, is actively under fire or about to be under fire, within 10ft of someone actively trying to attack with a knife, or actively being attacked with some other deadly weapon (remember that incident a few years ago when some guys in New York City were shot over fifty times in less then ten seconds after they tried to run over a group of police officers, twice?), and after an officer shoots someone the entire incident is reviewed and the officer is out through therapy. Actually, it's really amazing just how many restrictions are put on police officers when it comes to firearms, in fact if you've seen Spoony's Let's Play of SWAT 4 then you know that police really do have to go out of their way to make sure everyone comes back from a crime alive, no matter who they are. Though that's in the United States, so far we haven't seen any indication that our heroes are living in anywhere other then some random Western state, and the rules for police are quite a bit more lax in Europe and Russia so... Let's just hope our heroes live in the US so that the copper with the itchy protocol-ignoring trigger finger can get his just desserts (25 to life, I believe is the standard), otherwise it's gonna mean a lot more research.
As for the art. I'm going to be honest with you, John's expression looks just plain weird and goofy, and the background actually serves as a distraction to the foreground this time around. The red light is especially off-putting, and I feel that a more proper background with detailed drawing of what is going on might have been more appropriate. Tombi's expression though certainly seems to convey her anger fairly well.

You're welcome, ma'am. However, I actually don't know that much about the police, I just have a pretty good memory for military and paramilitary-related facts, and since I used to watch a lot of the History Channel and Military Channel, well you get the general idea. Plus, I remember a lot of interviews on Fox News where they were talking to active duty and retired police officers, so there's also that source of information.
Really though, if you want to hear a subject that I really know a lot about you should ask me about WWII aircraft sometime, I've been studying them since before I could read.

Great scene there. At first dramatic, then funny, a little. I kind of guess how John would react to this situation before this was posted and I am pretty much right.
