Captain Locke is Captain Leopold's arch enemy on the high seas and one of the most notorious pirates. Many years ago ,a young Corporal Locke was expelled from the Royal Navy because of disorderly conduct (he would massacre an enemy crew and loot them without proper warrant or trial). He, as well as some of his close followers, corrupted and formed their own piratical band, with Locke as the lead. Since then, he and his crew have plagued the seas with violence and robbery.
