Cologne's citizens have a fun history of standing up against "their" arch bishop, including kicking him out of the city and building a town hall far taller than the original bishop's church - which in turn provoked him to start building this very cathedral in 1248.Unfazed, the citizens adorned their offensive town hall with a statue of Arch Bishop Konrad
- placing it impishly on a pedestal in the form of an ass. Ever since known as the "Cologne Mirror". (see here: [link] )

Oh, in German it's spelled Koln with an Umlaut O, but I don't know how to Umlaut so let's pretend it's there.
You have so much to teach and I have so much to learn. The angle was lovely, although I found the structure on the right a bit blurred at the side, it might because I'm tired though.
