Could you please tell me where the dress came from or who designed it? I've been thinking of getting a dress made of this exact design for a while now!

This is a cobbled together ensemble, not a single dress. There's two skirts, one corset, one shirt, and lots of safety pins involved, and alas it's not something that would hold up to normal non-photoshoot use

I didn't like the makeup when I first saw it, but I didn't not like it either. But the more I look at it the more I'm sure it was entirely necessary and the photo would not be the same were it done differently. So I made up my mind. I like it.
