NOTE: I KNOW she's THIN. Have you seen the real Disney Jazmine? SHE'S ANOREXIC AS ARIEL. I'm showing it off more in a grotesque way, because...ha! Burtonesque much? Quite. And no, there is no hooka. Just stylized breath to flow with the composition.

Like how a trilby is often mistaken for a fedora, anorexia is often mistaken for a body type. It's not-it's a mental disorder. Call her "bony" if you must or "skinny" or "scrawny" or just stick to "thin", but please don't call her anorexic. Also, her name is spelt Jasmine, with "S" not Z. Also also, Tink's name is spelt "Tinker Bell", two words, as she's a fairy with a talent for tinkering who makes a sound like a bell (and this is true for the source material, not just the film series). Though as you draw all the princesses in this style rather thin, Jasmine here wouldn't look as skinny were it not for drawing her ribs so I'm baffled that you have to point out that you know she's thin because she's no skinnier than the Burton-style Cinderella or Belle you drew. It's pretty obvious you did it on purpose.
That small complaint aside, I see these drawings of yours a few times around dA when I occasionally look up princess art and I really adore them. In fact I could have sworn I at least fav'd Aurora, who has my favourite design of the Burton-style princesses. You have a very lovely art style, I can't find a word to describe it, but it's very nice to look at and I like the way it genuinely looks like it was drawn on paper and done in watercolour rather than on a computer- that's pretty awesome, I think. I also love the way you drew Jasmine's hair, it seems to almost have a texture to it.

but about her being thin? I think it looks awesome. If you actually watch the movies, you'll see the width of a Disney princess's waist is almost identical to her neck.

It was hand drawn and inked and then I used Open Canvas 1.1 to color it, as with all in the series.

You know, Burton DID direct "Aladdin" for TV back in the '80s...and ironically, the princess in that one was Valerie Bertinelli, current Jenny Craig spokeswoman.

The Aladdin TV series did not come out in the 80's. The movie didn't even come out in the 80's. The TV series came out in the early nineties as did the movie.
