This is another collab with Tamashi-Sama she did the sketch and the background (and also the flats for Sol) and I did lines, flats and shading

RP Story:

Eloise:
"I know not all of what has caused you to be so unhappy, love; it saddens me to see you like so, especially after you seemed a bit enthused about going on this venture earlier on."

Eli:
Eli looked up from his hands and seeing Eloise he tried to put on a brave face. She had caught him in a moment of trying to hide away and deal with his anxiety alone, away from prying eyes.
"It will probably be like this through out this journey, Eloise. But I was prepared for it. I'll manage."

Eloise:
Eloise's gaze softened, seeing through his brave face, but gave him a look of understanding. She would then gently take hold of his hand and gently pull him close into a soft embrace.
"I know, but remember that you are not alone and that you don't need to face things alone either," she said softly before gently resting her head under his chin while giving him a gentle nuzzle. "You got people around who care about you and are willing to help you if you need it."

Eli:
Eli was stubborn by nature and rarely asked for help, even less when it came down to his mental health and the struggles that came with it. He was ashamed of it. A shame that had been built upon from a century of misconceptions and the poor mental healthcare from past decades. Eloise's embrace was welcome. Eli melted into it like butter in a pan, cause despite his stubbornness and how he drew back from social interaction when he became like this, if people sought him out and gave comfort he greatly appreciated it. The duality of wanting to be alone but also desperately wanting somebody to be there. He wrapped his arms around her and buried his nose in her hair.
"I know." he whispered softly. "Thank you."

Eloise:
Upon feeling his arms wrap around her the smallest of smiles would form on her face before giving the man another comforting nuzzle. While she felt he may have taken some of what she said heart, she still felt that perhaps he was one to still might hold back from accepting help. She couldn’t blame him though. Especially given that people at times in the past and even now in the present were looked down upon for it or seen as weak or had something wrong with them which certainly didn’t help anyone. In a way she too felt influenced by it in other matters but rather than dwelling on it at the moment she decided to think of something to brighten the mood a bit. When a thought came in mind she couldn’t help only smile a little more.
“You know~ If you keep looking so grumpy, mister grump. I’ll have to find ways to change that ~” she softly and almost playfully purred while lightly pulling away to look up at him with the most sweetest of looks while her cerulean eyes glistened a little hopefully.

Eli:
He closed his eyes for a little while, trying to harness his anxiety, with his cheek resting against her forehead. The comfort always helped even if it didn't fix the root of it, but it made it easier to cope. Eli pulled his head back a little with a slight squint of his eyes to make out her face in the lantern light.
"Oh yeah?" he said with a small smile. "Whatchu gonna do about it?" he added with playfully raise eyebrows.

Eloise:
Seeing his little smile and playful look made her softly giggle in amusement.
“Well for starters this~” she softly cooed cupping his face with her hands. “Then I’ll just~” She began as she then lightly stood on her tiptoes to give the man a kiss on his forehead. “And~” She continued but this time she lowered herself to kiss his nose. “And of course this~” she purred before giving the man a few gentle, playful kisses that left a sweet taste on his lips.

Eli:
He tilted his head slightly, anticipating her next move, offering his forehead as she stood on her tippy toes. Her fingers felt warm and comforting against his cold cheeks and so did her lips when she reached the tip of his nose with another kiss. He patiently waited for her to move to his lips and welcomed the the playful kisses and repaying her in full, but then took a hold of her bottom lip with his front teeth, holding her there for just a couple seconds, enough for him to steal one deeper kiss before releasing her.

Eloise:
She couldn't help but feel warm and content upon receiving some welcome kisses in return. Only for that little smile to grow when he held her long enough to steal a little deeper of a kiss. To which she couldn't help but reciprocate with a soft, comforting hum and/or purr.
"Will that be enough, or shall I have to offer more to soothe that sweet soul of yours?~" she softly purred, looking up at him once more.

Eli:
The taste of her lingered as he sucked on his bottom lip.
”Stay with me tonight?” He then asked, voice a bit tense still as he tried to find her silhouette. ”I think I’ll need the company to stay sane through the night.”

Eloise:
Hearing his words her gaze would soften before letting herself get close into his embrace once more. She offered him a small smile on his courage to admit he needed company. Eloise would then pull away for a mere moment and gently let her smaller hands intertwine with his, turning them both around ever so till she became illuminated by the bright tent light behind her.
“Of course~ I shall stay with you for as long as you need or wish love~” she finally said as she closed the gap between them once more only to reward him for his courage with a kiss that was as deep as his earlier.

Eli:
He let Eloise angle them and while the light was still dim for him he could now see her shape when the lantern light illuminated her.
"Thank you." he said softly and smiled just a little, always feeling ashamed to ask for help, but then she kissed him again and it felt a lot better.
