The color variation and the roughness of this I really enjoy!
I also like that you left some areas blank.

Thank you! This was one of those paintings where I
started out with something else in mind and then
a mistake sort of morphed into this character. I couldn't get myself to
paint over him and found myself adding color and fixing him up
so-to-speak. Your compliment validates my decision to work with him!
