I've heard that someone was having trouble finding this particular base, so I'm re-uploading here so they and others may use it.

**(I've never actually re-uploaded anything from anyone ever, so I'm a little nervous about it. Please: don't get angry with me for re-uploading. Someone told me that they had looked around at the original artist's other bases and that artist had said that it was alright for their bases to be re-uploaded, as long as credit is given to them [which I have done so below].
