9" x 12" Colored pencil on Paper. This one's from a while back, but still one of my favorites. Haven't drawn any animals lately, but discovered an awesome group of Wildlife artists so I'm itching to draw. Give the group a look!Related content

i love everything about this, because you captured the nature of this cat so amazingly well. From the paper, to the grass, to the expression, this is really awesome.

Thanks! I love the paper too-so much so that I bought 2 sketchbooks with that kind of paper. I like it because it acts as a medium tone and allows me to bring white in as a color.
