Maybe.

As for Pinkie, I could see it. She needs either someone who can keep up with her or someone who needs her.

Someone who is hardened by life and needs that person who walk in where a fake mustache made from there hair to lighten the situation.

Likewise she needs someone to ground her. To keep her leveled out. Who better than a stern foil to her own personality?

Is it my primary shipping? No. More Twilight at this point.

But, I would be interested to see how he might react to some attention from Dash. Would it cause a schism in the Elements friendship?

Perhaps by getting to know Nymph he can see a piece of her that is kindred to himself?

That was hinted at on there date. They were analyzing each other and it seemed for a bit that Artie saw something genuinely her. Power hungry? Sure. But perhaps some fragility? Hurt?
