I'd hate to be that guy. Sheesh what a horrible thing to carry boiler sludge is as gross and well the human equivalent which we flush. Then again thanks to the Emoji movie I've noticed crap isn't so taboo anymore it's like I'm back in the 90s and even then the crap that they made anthro then looked more like cabbages than crap.
At least with a Stegarbosaurus like Garby while he may literately crap bricks they are still rock merely compacted into tightly packed cubes of pebbles and gravel. The only gross thing with Garby is his gas and that is most likely just sulfides and such in the rocks he eats coming out after fueling his engine. Yeah I've been watching Dinotrux got to say wasn't expecting a well written series about teamwork with mecha dinos. I honestly thought it was going to be more like Miller Era Thomas but the age rating on the toys are very misleading.
Speaking of Garby I'm planing to use him as the Alt. Mode of my Transformers incarnation of Snarl in the Dinobots as he looks a lot like a Stegosaurus Zord and my Dinobots are all Dinozords Grimlock being the Red T.Rex from the original Power Rangers and Slag the Triceratops from the same. I'm not using Saber-tooth tiger or Mastodon replacing them with real dinos if you take my meaning and sorry to get so off topic just a rambling moment.

Brake Tenders for one would be alive since they are alot like Brake Vans and only called tenders as they are pulled by diesels in a manner akin to a steam loco and it's tender. Plus if a tender is refurbished to be a truck of some kind such as this why not? I mean so long as it's got couplings and buffers on each end and no way to feed a engine it's a truck and could therefore be alive.
But yeah a regular nonrebuilt tender should never be alive as it is part of a living being already a steam locomotive. Hmm that is a interesting though what about those water carriers they use in New South Wales they are essentially tanker trucks but shorter and with hoses that link up to the tender so a siphon effect keeps the tender full of water. They are separate trucks and only feed water through gravity would those still count as tenders?
