Seriously, though, it's a great concept and a wonderful execution. You just need to get a model who can make a fist!

Ah, I didn't realize it was a self-portrait. Wow for getting the focus so sharp when you weren't behind the camera! Anyways, with the thumb where it is right now, you'd break it if you hit something with any amount of force (and probably your index and middle fingers as well). You need to bend the thumb so that the top joint of your thumb lays horizontally across the 2nd joints of your index and middle fingers. And it's hard to tell from the angle, but it looks as if you've got your wrist slightly bent back -- also a sure way of hurting yourself. The wrist has to be perfectly straight when the punch is fully extended, or else you're likely to have it bent back and hyperextended, sprained or even broken.
Of course, it took me about 5 years of martial arts training and competition before I really got it right.

I like this. The fist is so focused and centred. The angle of the body is great too, it's not just a straight forward photograph. The contrast of black and white is amazing! Great job on this! I like it a lot! ^_^

I really like this shot a lot. The focus on the fist really brings it out better and I love the slightly arched body behind it, showing blurred and partly from the shadows... It's like like sneaking at you from the shadows and smacking you to the face to wake you up to reality... I don't know if it sounds just silly but I always find these methaphorical things in photos...
You did a wonderful work with this, not showing the arm behind the fist like many do when taking such a photo. Stunning!

Great photo, I'm not knowledgeable about photography so much but I love the angle of the light I guess? Like how the left is so bright and fades perfectly to dark across the pic. The index finger is glowing with light and the pinky is dipping into the darkness, very cool

Well, I think you described what you wanted to say pretty well.
Lighting was achieved by putting semi-transparent paper over the window frame and letting the sunlight be filtered through it like a large soft-box.
The change from light to dark is due to my pose being more or less parallel to the window pane.
