Here are the characters who appear in my fanfic, it's closely based on the Explorers of Sky version:

MAIN CHARACTERS
Volcaina -- The main protagonist. Formerly a human until transformed into a Vulpix, the leader of a team called Thunderblaze
Jolts -- The deuteragonist and a Pikachu who is the first one Volcaina meets after being transformed and quickly becomes her best friend, he's the second leader of Team Thunderblaze
Bronzong -- The tritagonist and replaces Grovile from the games. He's mistooken for a theif as he seemed to be stealing the time gears but was actually getting them to stop the planet's paralysis. He returns later to help out with the conflict between Reshiram and Zekrom
Temporal Star -- A young shiny Dialga who replaces Celebi from the games, he helps Team Thunderblaze in stopping the Planet's Paralysis. He goes with the team into the present instead of staying behind like Celebi did and also gives Volcaina copies of her memory from when she was a human.
Dialga -- A secondary protagonist and keeper of time. After things went out of whack, he became Primal Dialga. But Team Thunderblaze managed to get him under control and restored time.
Mew -- a shiny Mew hatched from an egg Volcaina and Jolts found. A quick learner and somewhat replaces Manaphy from the games
Dragon's Blaze -- A shiny Reshiram and daughter of the original Reshiram, helps out Team Thunderblaze with stopping Reshiram and Zekrom's fight.
Reshiram and Zekrom -- a pair of Legendary Pokemon who were in peace, but then starting fighting each other when Darkrai caused them to.
Darkrai -- the main antagonist. He looked to destroying the planet by causing the Planet's Paralysis, but failed. Then he tries to destroy the world again by having Reshiram and Zekrom fight one another.
Spiritomb -- A villain working with Primal Dialga. Replaces Dusknoir.
Team Aerial Destructors -- An Aerodactyl, Venomoth, and Weezing who have a strong rivalry with Team Thunderblaze. Aerodactyl once purposely injured Volcaina as she was in his way and Salamence nearly beat him up.

TEAM THUNDERBLAZE
Riolu -- One the second-in-command members of Team Thunderblaze
Zorua -- the other second-in-command member of the team
Zebstrika -- The mechanic of the team.
Starmie -- The team's weapons specialist and sniper. Has a personality somewhat similar to that of Finn from Storm Hawks
Leafeon -- The team's medic, can use Synthesis to cure others
Salamence -- The team's heavy ballistics and main transport, despite his super-strength, he's actually quite friendly and will gladly follow the orders of his leaders. But he may take things out quite aggressively if his leaders are harmed or attacked.
Ninetales -- The team's cook. gentle in nature and doesn't have many fighting moves but can help out when called for.
Lapras -- The team's main mode of water transportation
Butterfree -- The recon member of the team. Always goes in to check the situation to make sure it's safe for others
Ponyta -- The illuminator of the team. She often uses her mane and tail to light up dark areas. She was also with Volcaina and Jolts when they found the Mew egg.
Latias -- One of the legendary Pokemon. She joined Team Thunderblaze after they rescued her. She also went to the future with Volcaina and Jolts accidentally in an attempt to rescue them. Returns to the present with them too.
Latios -- Latias' brother, he was stealing TMs from the shops to help out Latias. After he spills the beans, Team Thunderblaze goes out to rescue Latias, he joins the team with her shortly after.

THE GUILD
Dragonite -- The friendly leader of the guild, replaces Wigglytuff. A supporting protagonist
Mightyena -- Dragonite's assistant, replaces Chatot
Dratini -- Dragonite's son. Visits the guild often
Team Flash -- A Linoone and Electrike who serve as backup members for Team Thunderblaze, both replace Bidoof
Team Aqualeaf -- A Vaporeon and Bayleef who also serve as backup members for Team Thunderblaze, Vaporeon also has a large crush on Leafeon.
Lunatone -- Run the team assembly for those who switch members
Miltank -- The guild's nurse and cook, replaces Chimecho along with Lunatone
Charizard -- A friendly guy who runs the swap shop. Replaces Crogunk
Crobat -- The one who wakes up the members of the guild, also acts as an alarm for intruders, replces Loudred
Dugtrio and Diglett -- The sentries who watch for visitors
Team Shellmagnet -- Consists of a Magneton and Kabuto. They alert Mightyena once about Team Flash disappearing before Team Thunderblaze goes out to get them.
A Cyndaquil and a Flygon who lead an unknown team
A Lileep and Combee who lead an unknown team
A Giriafarig and Hitmontop who lead an unknown team
3 more unknown Pokemon teams

TRESURE TOWN CITIZENS
Rotom -- The mayor of Treasure Town
Torkoal -- The town elder
Seadra and Horsea -- Townsfolk who're best friends with Team Thunderblaze, they have a main role in Ch. 3. Both replace Marill and Azurill
Magnezone -- The town's sheriff/police chief
Metang Brothers -- Two metangs who run the town's Shop and Wares. Both replace the Kecleon bros.
Clinklang -- the bank owner
An unknown Pokemon who runs the storage system, replaces Kangaskan
Porygon -- The link shop owner, replaces Electivire
Rapidash -- The owner of the daycare. Helps Volcaina and Jolts with the Mew egg they find.
Lucario -- The Dojo owner, also father of Riolu. Even gives Jolts the move, Focus Punch (replaces Mowrack)
Pelipper -- The birds who run the mail system.
Tropius -- The cafe owner (replaces Spinda)
Arcanine and Growlithe -- Recycle shop owners (both replace Wobuffet and Wynaut)

Well, Vaporeon had been at the guild before Volcaina and Jolts arrived, but wasn't on a team nor did she run one. After Leafeon joins them, the Vaporeon begins to fall in love with him as she sees how much he cares for others when he heals them. So Vaporeon loves him for his caring side.
One time, Vaporeon was trapped while on a mission and Leafeon came to her aid. Leafeon then tells Vaporeon that he had developed feelings for her too and that he liked how gentle she was with others. Afterward, Vaporeon joins Team Thunderblaze as Leafeon's assistant.
