Description
My entry for the Deviant Art Sapporo CANvas contest. I created the lines using Japanese ink and a brush ( the old traditional method ). I then scanned the paper and added colour digitally.Related content

It's so cool, looks like a Ukiyo-e! I'm surprised you used Japanese brush.
I didn't notice the contest, Sapporo beer is one of my favorite beer!

I love Sapporo too, though I do miss Yebisu. We can't get Yebisu around here. I also love Chinese apricot wine. Have you tried it? Supermarkets in Japan stock it. Β The same company produces lychee wine which is very tasty.

Yebisu beer is most popular in Japan! (a little expensive )
There is a very popular liquor called ζι²ι
which might be China's, so ζ means apricot of Chinese character. I love ζι²ι
, but don't know the name in English. Shinluchu? I think the apricot wine you have is same as it.Β

I think that is the same one, and they have lychee flavour too. I wish we could have it in Canada as it is the tastiest wine that I have ever had. I do enjoy Japanese plum wine too which can be found here. I recently found imported Japanese takoyaki at a Chinese supermarket so I'm eating a lot of that right now.

I love takoyaki! Β Especially Gyindako the famous takoyaki franchise, it is crispy and mushy texture, Japanese sauce and mayonnaise topping on the takoyaki is best! Β
