In case my drawing failed to point out who this is, it's Major Hellstrom from Inglorious Basterds.
God I love that movie, so much epicness in one place.
I would draw Landa of course but then again I am not good enough to draw him ;_______;
Hellstrom must be the 2nd BAMF in the movie after Landa, I mean guhh...he is so convincing and scary....
Yet in Salt he played a completely reverse character that's quite amazing ;r;

Yeah, that was pretty weird to see the man who played a ruthless character like Dieter acting nice. Oh well, at least it shows that he can play more than one type of character. Still, I was half ready to say, "Dieter, not again!" when Diehl's character was shot in Salt.

Exactly! It shows that the man can escapes the type-casting and can plays multiple personalities. Which is great, I mean.

On the other hand, Hollywood has placed Christoph Waltz in a type-casting noose at the moment. Check Wikipedia for the future movies he is cast in to see what I mean.
But you know, Diehl's role really was touching in Salt, and both his and Jolie's acting was believable.

And with Waltz being in the movie, that makes me wanna read it more *V*

YES! yes, yes, yes!! Read it! I normally can't stay interested long enough to finish a book (sadly), but Water For Elephants?? My god, I was like, OBSESSED! I bought it on a Sunday and finished it the following Thursday!! I highly recommend it! Especially if Christoph Waltz is gonna be Auggie.

Aaahhh I know right I am cool with books-turned-movies as well, idk why people make such a big deal about how books are better.... I think that if I watch the movie it would help me visualize the characters/scene so much more and then it is very enjoyable for me to read the book after.

Actually... It's more like.. I don't know! Not REALLY fantasy, but it's sort of majestic and grand. I don't know! It's basically about this young man that's at Cornell studying to be a Vet so he can go join his dad's practice back at home, and he's in his final week of class, and his parents are killed in an auto accident. He has to go identify the bodies, settle the estate, etc. And the bank informs him that because it's the great depression and his father hasn't been paying for their home, and the office or whatever, they're repossessing it. So basically, this guy has nothing to live for. And he runs and jumps on the first train that goes by, and it turns out to be the train for this traveling circus and freak show.
Don't worry, I didn't give anything away, all of that happens within like, the first 10 pages. But it's epic! He starts traveling with this circus and it's so, SO good. It's set in the 1930s-ish. go read it! noowww! And tell me all about it! I hope you <3 it as much as I do! Especially if you're imagining Cristoph when you read it! XD
