Except her design takes inspiration from Dukemon, Rosemon and Ophanimon. The fact that duchess is the female counter part to a duke. She's a mega-level virus Digimon. No relation at all.

Indeed, she was made inspired, mainly, by Dukemon CM's design.
What I wanted to say with this "*note" is that her background story/her origins aren't related to Dukemon's.
Like, she's not part of the Royal Knights, and she isn't evolve from a Guilmon.
