This photo has amazing potential, I like it alot. I reckon that it could perhaps be improved by changing the angle it was shot from, perhaps if you were lower to the ground and so looking up at her more you'd get more of a dramatic photo because she'd be silhouetted against the sky and sea rather than having the distraction of the rocks and particularly because the sky looks wonderful in the background! Also, I like her pose, but maybe making it a little more extreme would make it catch the eye, she looks a little unsure of why her arms are out, so maybe having her head thrown back her arms higher, maybe as if she's being blown by the wind or pushed by some enormous emotion, it has so much dramatic potential, I'm just not sure it's quite using all of it. Still, I do like the way you've captured her dress blowing in the wind, it looks quite ethereal and flower like and as I've said, the way you've used the dramatic sky is wonderful.
