*I'm not depressed or having the thoughts of killing myself. I am telling a message that needs to be said and how you can prevent these outcomes to yourself and to others.*

Yesterday, I told you guys about what just happen and for those who don't know, I received a message from my mom that my next door neighbor, passed away, we believed that he committed suicide from what his wife told us.

The reason I brought this up is because I'm noticing how this year has been treating others and how possibly the effects of last year may of had a huge impact on a lot of people and it scares me to see that someone who I know just did that and it was too late to save them with this outcome. I overheard my mom talking about how my neighbor could of been depressed and it made me think of the possible outcomes of the many reasons of suicide and depression is one of them. People can be depressed for many reasons and it can cause a huge hole in your heart to the point of killing yourself.

The reason why it says "suicide is no joke" is because it's not something to laugh at or to act like it's not that serious because this is something that happens to a lot of people everyday and we don't know it. I say that every time when I hear something about someone killing themselves and I would say suicide is no joke. Mental health is a serious issue among where you in around the world, someone you know could possibly commit this kind of action and sooner or later, it'll be too late to save them from the everlasting darkness that they are in.

If you are ever feeling down on yourself, talk to someone who you are close to you, because you are never alone in this world of life, you have people who love and care about your wellbeing and it's always best to talk to someone. That also goes for someone you know as well, if you see signs that look like something is wrong? Ask them what's wrong and if they try to say they're fine, you should trust your gut and know that something is wrong, don't be too persistent but you have to make sure they are comfortable talking about what's on their minds.

If things are starting to get worst, you should start an intervention that grabs a group of people to come to the person or yourself who's in trouble to help you and tell you what they think you should do before its too late like taking anti-depressants, going to therapy, doing something else to take your mind off of things, anything to help that person out.

Yesterday really showed me about how there are so many people who I care for in my life and seeing them kill themselves would be the most impactful thing that will hurt me a lot. Also, don't let that pain of losing someone make the best of you, you should make the best of your pain and fight it back to move on in this world of life.

I pray for my neighbors for a better outcome after this, they said that they are moving which is a good call because being in the same place of that incident wouldn't be worth it even though you have people in your neighborhood care about you, but I think it should be left behind to start a new chapter.

If you know someone right now who is not feeling okay and they have something that they are struggling with. Check on them before they'll be next on that gravestone.

Update:

So I found out what lead to the suicide, like how it actually happened, my sister told me that my neighbor said that he wasn't going to commit it due to his son who is around the same age as my sister, and it turns he in a lied but did what he said he wasn't going to do, he drove his truck to another vehicle I think and that's how he died.

I also want to say that I found out today that one of my good friends from college passed away, she died from a car accident, it doesn't have to do with suicide but both of them relate to vehicles so I want to bring that up, don't worry, I'm still fine, this isn't the first time I lost a friend, I was a kid when he died. My friend from kindergarten died from a heart attack and that's actually got me to the point of sorrow and understanding of those who I know who are gone from the earth.

I also want to put this song out on here for you guys to listen to whenever you guys are feeling down, it has helped me a lot in situations of my depression, it doesn't have to be the only one but this song really gave me a reminder that I shouldn't dread on what I lost and remember of what I still have and be happy that those people are still here today with me.
