This is my first tutorial, and I know there are a lot of steps I may have missed but I tried my best. In any case I am going to assume that if you gonna use this, you have a tablet, previous experience with Photoshop 7+above/OpenCanvas 1.1+above, and some common sense.I word shit funny but that is how it came out in my head, hope it makes sense.
Warning: I used OC4PE because it is the program that has the watercolor brush I love to use, and yet is familiar enough to Photoshop that anyone who has used Photoshop can pick it up with little to no problems. And unless stated otherwise all layers but the lineart(multiply) were standard.

The details from step to step are subtle, so one might not catch them at first. But they're important steps, right?
