i love the face. i feel that the hair need more work though. and should the background be straight? or is it purposely wavyish?

it's meant to be "wavyish," it's snow blowing around in the wind. Everything is dripping with melted snow, because where I come from, it snows even when it's sunny. This is how it feels and looks to walk home in a sunset snow squall.

This is beautifull and makes me cry and try to reach out. It is very sad image, technically brilliantly executed but it has that sadness that one has just before it just washes away, that drooping sadness of the loss.
