The shading is coloring is wonderful! but i see a lot of flaws you could improve, First i suggest you could work on the lines as it looks unclean, you could use a stabilizer/correction and the hair seems a little off the head and the eyes are too close to the forehead, please not that the forehead is bigger than you actually think, and the last one is the head and the shoulders, the shoulders arent really symmetrical and the head looks circular, i suppose it is your art style, then the nose seems off and it seems that the pose isn't very appealing probably because the hair and head seems more on the left than the body which is straight, But i do love the shading in this!
