so, these are my chakrams!! i'm going to work on them some more after the calgarly comic expo this weekend, but they're still looking pretty good if i do say so myself! I'm pretty excited with how well they turned out.Sorry that the actual pictures suck. i'm going to steal my sisters camera next time she visits and then i'll take good pictures.
Whew, and i'll actually get some pictures of me in costume this weekend so i can post them up.

I have a picture of me and my friend with the chakrams, my friend was Sora.
If I took pictures of them now it would look bad because the paint is chipping, and one is broken...T_T

i was putting off making them for the exact same reason! lol
i decided right before i went to a convention that i couldn't be axel without chakrams, so i just went to it!
I started with very large pieces of cardboard and then drew out a pattern that excluded the spikes. I did the spikes seperately and then cut them all out and stapled it all together. Thats probably the hardest part, once you get to the paper mache and the painting its a breeze!

lol, they were pretty difficult! i drew out everything but the spikes on cardboard and then cut it out using one of those little blade things and added the spikes on afterwards. cutting around it was really difficult, my grandpa tried to help me and ended up slicing his finger open
