It looks as if he knows he's a puppet, that he's being controlled, but he too tired, it's been going on to long for him to really care. He's resigned to his fate. Which probably is what it means at all, but that's what it made me think of.

This is so deep- and the way the coloring and shading was executed gives this piece and unreal feeling. Does that make sense? I'm usually very good with English, but my first language was French (pardon my mistakes).

I love it! It's amazing! I don't find it dark but rather it makes me sad. It reminds me of an animal caught in barb wire. It's beautiful and saddening! Nice work!~

no, I dont like it, makes me feel bad, itΒ΄s very intensive ... (but a really, really great work, very emotional, and ... oh mann, nΓ€, muss auf Deutsch: dieses Bild strahlt etwas so DΓΌsteres, Bedrohliches aus, es wirkt so real und beΓ€ngstigend, ich kann es mir nicht ansehen, ohne dass ich eine unangenehme Beklemmung fΓΌhle. Es ist eine kleine Meisterleistung, ein Bild zu Papier zu bringen, das so intensive Emotionen auslΓΆst, Hut ab!
