Wow, there's not a lot of fanart of this guy anywhere.
Slugger is Experiment 608 from Lilo and Stitch. This was one of my favourite experiments when I was a kid, even though I never saw him in the actual show. I saw him on the Disney website, and he looked really cool to me.
