When did this happen? I've watched all the episodes and this hasn't ever happened.
Maybe it's one of those scenes the directors just don't use, like the opening credit scenes that are rarely ever in the actual show so maybe this was meant to be in the theme but they just didn't have a place for it lol XD oh gosh, so funny I can just see Donnie yelling at Mikey for this XD this just totally gave me a fanfic idea

Not really. He's the original artist for the Ninja Turtles. He created them then sold the rights for the show and movies But he also owns them as well.
