She be Mijumaru/Oshawott because they're adorable :'D

ANYWAY; BIO:
Filo left home at the age of 7 and has been living with her brother for 5 years. She then leftonce again to practice various skills, such as swimming. She still isn't very good at it, even though she's a Water-type. She joined pFF to further hone her skills, and to her, fighting bad guys seems like alot of fun.
